LeadsBase is the online shop of downloadable B2B company data packs operated by lintatalle SL.

Responsabilidad sobre el uso de los datos

Responsabilidad del comprador. lintatalle SL (CIF B16387789), bajo la marca TRESAAA, elabora sus bases de datos a partir de registros oficiales y fuentes de acceso público y señal pública de los propios negocios, actuando como responsable del tratamiento únicamente respecto de la recopilación y venta. Desde el momento de la entrega, el comprador se convierte en responsable independiente del tratamiento de los datos adquiridos y es el único responsable del uso que haga de ellos, incluido el cumplimiento del RGPD, la LOPDGDD y la LSSI-CE en sus comunicaciones comerciales.

El comprador se obliga a: (a) usar los datos exclusivamente para fines profesionales B2B propios; (b) no revenderlos, cederlos ni redistribuirlos; (c) informar a los interesados cuando proceda (art. 14 RGPD) y atender sin demora los derechos de oposición, supresión y acceso (arts. 15-21 RGPD; art. 21 LSSI); (d) indemnizar y mantener indemne a lintatalle SL frente a cualquier sanción, reclamación o daño derivado de un uso contrario a esta cláusula.

lintatalle SL atiende las solicitudes de baja y oposición sobre su propia base en leadsbase.es/baja-datos y aplica las bajas a todas las entregas futuras. Los archivos entregados incorporan marcas técnicas de trazabilidad ante reventa no autorizada.

2. Purpose: sale of downloadable B2B data packs

LeadsBase is a shop of company databases (packs) delivered as a downloadable file. It is not a subscription platform: there is no user account, no ongoing access and no API. Each purchase is a one-time payment granting the right to download the purchased pack under an internal-use licence (section 3).

Current catalogue (prices excluding VAT):

• 1-country pack — €990 + VAT. Full census of the chosen country, from among the countries with a buy button in the shop.
• Multi-country pack — €990 + VAT. The smaller markets grouped into a single pack (currently 17 countries, ~2.4 million companies).
• World pack — €9,900 + VAT. All sellable countries in the catalogue in a single delivery (123,775,126 company records).

The record count shown on each shop listing is the minimum estimate of what is deliverable at the time of purchase; the packs are built from a proprietary base exceeding 300 million raw records, of which only what is published with a buy button is sold. Some packs are registry censuses without contact data; when that is the case, the listing states it expressly before payment.

3. Licence of use and resale prohibition

Upon payment, lintatalle SL grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for internal use of the purchased pack for its own B2B professional purposes (prospecting, analysis, enrichment of its CRM).

• Prohibited: reselling, assigning, sublicensing, publishing or redistributing the pack or substantial parts of it, whether transformed or not.
• Prohibited: using the data to train AI models intended for third parties without an additional written licence.
• Technical marks: each delivered file includes a per-customer watermark and traceability control records that make it possible to identify the origin of an unauthorised copy.
• Breach entitles lintatalle SL to revoke the licence and claim the damages caused, with no right to a refund.

Acceptance of these terms is recorded at checkout via a mandatory checkbox; the accepted version is stored alongside the order as evidence of the licence applicable to that purchase.

4. Countries, data origin and source licences

The catalogue covers 29 countries with their own pack and another 17 within the Multi-country pack. The data comes from official registers and publicly available sources in each country; the applicable regulations, the notice of use and the licence and attribution of each country's source are set out in its legal annex by country and in the header of each delivery.

Countries marked as 'in preparation' in the shop are not for sale: their listing has no buy button and none of their data is delivered until their source licence is verified. lintatalle SL does not sell data from sanctioned countries or from sources whose licence does not permit distribution.

The buyer is responsible for complying with the data protection and commercial communications regulations applicable in its jurisdiction and in that of the recipient before using the pack (section 1-bis and the relevant country annex).

5. Delivery and download

Once payment is confirmed, the pack is sent as a CSV file by email to the address given at checkout, usually within minutes. If you have not received it within 24 hours (check spam and promotions too), write to hola@leadsbase.es with your order reference and we will sort it out.

• Errata: if you find a material error in the delivered pack, we correct it at no cost or compensate you with an equivalent credit.
• Keep your copy: the purchase grants the right to delivery of the file, not permanent download access. Re-sends are handled by support with the order reference.
• The data is delivered as it appears in the sources on the pack's compilation date; each pack's listing states contact coverage (phone/email) where it exists.

6. Prices, taxes and invoice

All prices are shown in euros and excluding VAT. The applicable VAT is calculated at checkout according to the buyer's location and tax status (intra-community and extra-community transactions, per applicable regulations). Payment is processed through Stripe; lintatalle SL does not store card data.

The invoice is issued in the name of lintatalle SL (VAT ID B16387789) and sent by email after payment. For invoices with specific tax details, write to hola@leadsbase.es.

7. Commercial communications (LSSI)

We only send commercial communications by email in accordance with art. 21 LSSI-CE: to those who have requested them and to customers or sample requesters regarding similar LeadsBase products (art. 21.2 LSSI), always with an unsubscribe link in every message and at leadsbase.es/baja-datos. The free-sample request expressly includes this information before it is sent.

8. Data protection (GDPR)

The processing of the buyer's personal data (email, billing details) is governed by the Privacy policy. Information under art. 14 GDPR about the company data contained in the packs —origin, legal basis, retention and rights— is at leadsbase.es/legal/art14. Any data subject may exercise their removal or objection at leadsbase.es/baja-datos; removals apply to all future deliveries.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the purchase of packs —a transaction between businesses or professionals— the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, without prejudice to the mandatory data protection regulations applicable to the buyer in its country and, should the buyer exceptionally hold the legal status of consumer, to the jurisdiction to which it is entitled by law.
